This Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy supplements Nira Health's HIPAA Notice of Privacy Practices. While the HIPAA Notice covers clinical health information created or received in the course of providing medical care, this policy covers consumer health data collected through our website, marketing activities, and the Atlas application. If you have questions, contact us at info@nira-health.com.
Nira Health collects certain consumer health data through our website (nira-health.com), our Atlas application, intake forms, and scheduling tools. This data is distinct from clinical health records governed by HIPAA and is subject to this separate policy.
This policy applies to all visitors to our website, parents or guardians who submit intake or scheduling information, and users of the Atlas application. It is intended to provide transparency about what data we collect outside of our clinical services and how we handle it.
Our website uses Meta Pixel (ID: 1330787988916447) to collect information about website visits, pages viewed, and actions taken (such as clicking a "Book a Free Call" button). This data is used to measure advertising effectiveness and to serve relevant ads on Meta platforms (Facebook and Instagram). Meta Pixel may infer health-related interests from your visit to a pediatric health website.
The Atlas application collects parent-reported observations about a child's behavior patterns, sleep quality and duration, focus and attention, and general wellness. This data is entered voluntarily by parents and guardians. See our Atlas App Consent & Data Practices for full details.
When you book a discovery call or complete our checkout process, we collect your name, email address, phone number, your child's name, and any information you voluntarily provide about your child's health concerns. This data is used to schedule appointments and prepare for clinical intake.
We use Cal.com to manage appointment scheduling. When you book a call, Cal.com collects your name, email address, and selected appointment time. Cal.com does not receive your child's health information as part of the booking process.
Nira Health serves children ages 5–17. We recognize that health data about minors requires heightened protection. The following provisions apply to all consumer health data collected in connection with minor patients:
Intake form data and scheduling information is used to prepare for discovery calls and clinical enrollment. This includes routing your inquiry to the appropriate member of the Nira Health team and ensuring your child's initial consultation is informed by the context you have provided.
Anonymized and aggregated website analytics data (collected through Google Analytics) helps us understand how parents find and use our website so we can improve navigation, content, and the overall experience. Individual visitors are not identifiable in this data.
With your consent, we may use contact information you provide to send you educational content, service updates, or information about Nira Health. You may opt out of marketing communications at any time by clicking "unsubscribe" in any email or by contacting info@nira-health.com. We use Meta Pixel to measure the performance of advertising campaigns and to reach parents who may benefit from our services. This advertising does not use clinical health information.
Contact information submitted through our website and checkout process is stored in HubSpot, our customer relationship management platform. HubSpot is used by the Nira Health team to manage follow-up communications and track inquiry status. HubSpot does not receive clinical health records.
Payment card data is processed directly by Stripe. Nira Health does not store payment card information. Stripe may receive your name, email, and billing address as part of the payment process. Stripe's use of this data is governed by Stripe's Privacy Policy.
Meta Pixel shares website visit and conversion data with Meta Platforms for advertising measurement and audience targeting. This may include information indicating that a visitor viewed a pediatric health website. Parents and guardians of minor patients may opt out of Meta Pixel tracking by adjusting their Meta account settings or using browser-based tracking prevention tools.
Google Analytics receives anonymized website usage data including page views, session duration, and general geographic location. This data does not include personally identifiable information or clinical health data.
You have the following rights regarding consumer health data collected through our website and Atlas app:
To exercise any of these rights, contact us at info@nira-health.com. We will respond to all requests within 15 business days. We may need to verify your identity before processing a request.
Nira Health does not sell consumer health data to third parties. We do not sell or license your personal information or your child's personal information to data brokers, insurers, employers, or other commercial third parties.
We do share certain consumer data with advertising platforms (Meta Pixel, Google Analytics) for advertising measurement purposes, as described in Section 5. If you wish to opt out of this type of data sharing, you may:
We will honor all valid opt-out requests within 15 business days.
Nira Health may update this Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify users by email. We encourage you to review this policy periodically.
Your continued use of our website or Atlas application after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy. If you do not agree with any update, you may request deletion of your data and discontinue use of our services by contacting info@nira-health.com.
