No medical jargon, no runaround. Everything you need to know about Nira Health, Atlas, and what to expect when you work with us.
We've answered the questions every parent asks before they book.
Nira Health is a pediatric brain health platform built for parents who notice something is off — the mood swings, the focus struggles, the behavior that no one else seems to take seriously. We run comprehensive testing to find out what is actually driving your child's symptoms and build a care plan around what we find. Not a checklist. Not a template. A real answer, built for your child specifically.
Nira is for the parent who is exhausted from trying to figure it out alone. Who wonders if they are doing something wrong. Who has Googled everything and still does not have answers. If your child is struggling with attention, behavior, mood, or sleep and you want a real explanation — not just a label — Nira was built for you.
We work with children ages 5–17.
Most traditional care offers a quick checklist and a prescription and leaves parents with more questions than answers. Nira goes further. We run comprehensive biomarker panels including nutrient levels, inflammatory markers, and food sensitivities to find what is actually driving your child's symptoms, then build a care plan designed specifically for them — not a template.
Yes. Using FDA-cleared tools, our licensed clinicians can diagnose ADHD and related conditions as part of our comprehensive evaluation. And in many cases, when we dig into the biology, we find a nutritional deficiency, an inflammatory marker, or another biological factor that is driving the symptoms — which means we can address the root cause directly, and sometimes walk back a previous diagnosis that was never the full picture.
No referral needed. You can book a free call directly at nira-health.com to get started.
We currently serve families in Georgia, Florida, Tennessee, and South Carolina. If you are not sure whether we are available where you are, reach out at info@nira-health.com — we are always expanding.
Not at all. Nira can work alongside your existing care team — pediatricians, therapists, school specialists. We fill in the gaps, not replace what is already working.
Atlas is the app built for parents who are starting to notice "something is off," but are not sure what to do about it yet. A quick daily log — less than 60 seconds — builds a real picture of your child's patterns over time. The connection between the late night and the meltdown at 3pm. The weeks that go well and the ones that don't. Atlas helps you see it clearly, understand what is driving it, and know what to do next — all before you ever book a clinical appointment.
The core Atlas app is completely free — track your child's behavior, spot patterns, and always have the full picture ready to share with your doctor or anyone else who needs it. For $25/month, you unlock Atlas Premium: deeper insights, AI-powered pattern analysis, the QB Check attention screening tool, and more.
Atlas is where every family starts — free, accessible, and built to help you understand what is going on with your child. Nira Health is our clinical practice for families who are ready to go deeper with comprehensive testing, a formal evaluation, and a personalized care plan. They work together, but neither requires the other.
The QB Check is an FDA-cleared attention screening tool available to Atlas Premium members ($25/month). It measures your child's attention and activity levels through a short, engaging task and gives you a meaningful data point to add to the picture — not a diagnosis, but real signal.
No. Atlas is a screening and tracking tool, not a diagnostic tool. If your results suggest a clinical evaluation would help, we will guide you through the next steps — including connecting with Nira Health for a full evaluation.

Yes. Atlas is HIPAA-compliant and your child's data is never sold or shared with third parties.
Because what looks like a behavior problem is often something biological. Low nutrient levels, inflammatory markers, food sensitivities, pharmacogenomic factors — these can all show up as attention struggles, moodiness, and sleep problems. We believe every child deserves care that actually looks for treating root causes, not just outward symptoms.
A standard evaluation typically means a questionnaire and a 45-minute visit — and it is often very expensive for what you get. Nira Health layers in comprehensive biomarker panels — nutrient levels, inflammatory markers, food sensitivities, pharmacogenomic testing and more — to give you a complete picture of what is driving your child's struggles. Then we build a plan around that, not a template.
You will complete intake forms and receive your at-home testing kit within about a week. If you have not yet had a call with our team, that will be scheduled at the time of purchase. Once testing is complete, we will schedule your results consultation and build your care plan together with Dr. Ali.
Testing is split between an at-home kit mailed directly to you and a visit to your nearest LabCorp location. We recommend booking your LabCorp appointment early to keep things moving.
Yes. All testing uses standard, widely-used pediatric procedures. We will walk you through exactly what to expect before anything begins — no surprises.
There is no required order, but we do recommend getting your at-home kit completed as soon as it arrives so we can get your results back quickly. We also recommend booking your LabCorp appointment early so it does not hold things up.
Your results give you a detailed view of everything affecting your child — nutrient levels, inflammatory markers, food sensitivities, pharmacogenomic profile and behavioral data — along with a clear explanation of what it all means and a personalized plan for what to do about it.
Every child is different, but many families begin noticing real changes within about a month of implementing their care plan. We track progress along the way and adjust as needed so your child keeps moving forward.
Families commonly report improvements in focus, emotional regulation, sleep, and overall mood — along with fewer homework battles and more cooperative behavior at home. The specific gains depend on what your child's results reveal and what their care plan addresses.
